“Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.” Deuteronomy 6:5-7
D6 stands for Deuteronomy 6:5-7, which commands dads and moms to take everyday opportunities to impress God’s Word upon the hearts of their children. D6 is foundational to raising spiritual champions for Christ. Parents must be active in passing their faith along to their kids. D6 emphasizes that, while church is a vital part of this development, it cannot stop there. It must continue in the home. To learn more, contact John Conger.
