  • There will be no Inner City Ministry this evening. (Monday, October 5)
  • Camp Cope 3K – Saturday, October 10 – Please join us for our first TN Prison Outreach Ministry Camp COPE Walk! The event will be at Centennial Park Event Shelter on Saturday, October 10, from 8:00 – 11:00 am. Registration is at 7:00 am. Donations are welcome and will benefit Camp COPE Scholarships, which are designed to meet the needs of children impacted by the incarceration of their loved one(s).   • Baby Showers – This Sunday, October 11, we will be celebrating new & expectant mothers Jessica Nanney & Emily Hubbard. The showers will be held in the West & East Fellowship Halls, respectively, from 4:30-5:45 pm. Both ladies are registered at Babies R Us, Target, and Amazon.

  • Dinner With the Boyces – The Boyce family has just moved to Nashville to prepare for their mission work in South Korea. Get to know them better by taking them out to your favorite restaurant, or having them over for dinner! Sign-ups will be available in classes and at the News & Notes board.
  • FriendSpeak has recently received several new applications from folks wanting to come to our church building on Wednesday nights to meet with someone one-on-one. We currently have two females and six males on the waiting list. Please contact Kira Fleshman at FriendSpeak@Hillsboro.org for more information.
  • Harvest at Haywood – Donations of gently used blankets, coats, books and more are needed for the Harvest at Haywood give-away day on Saturday, October 24.   • We rejoice with Taylor and Missy Brownlee on the arrival of Kate Cassetty Brownlee on Saturday, October 3, at 10:17 pm. Kate weighed in at 7 lbs 10 oz and 20” long. Big brother Bennett, along with many family members at Hillsboro, also welcomed her arrival.
