The Truth Project Simulcast

On September 27, 2008 8:00a.m. – 3:30p.m. , Hillsboro will host Focus on the Family’s – The Truth Project simulcast training event, live via satellite. The Truth Project curriculum is a systematic and comprehensive biblical worldview study that looks at all of life. The simulcast will equip you to make a Christ-centered difference on culture by applying God’s principles to your daily life.
The simulcast live event is specifically designed to equip Christians with Focus on the Family’s DVD-based Christian worldview lessons. Dr. Del Tackett will present The Truth Project material and the Christian worldview team will ready you to lead your own group.
According to a 2003 Barna study, only 9% of professing Christians have a biblical worldview. The evidence of this is all around us in a culture where we spend our money and time on things that fail to satisfy and find ourselves wondering what life’s ultimate purpose really is. We are losing our bearings as a people and as a nation. Yet God’s Truth exists, and it is within reach if we seek it.
The Truth Project, a new initiative of Focus on the Family created by Dr. Del Tackett, offers a systematic and comprehensive way to bring God’s Truth to the people of your church and community.

During The Truth Project Simulcast Training Event September 27th, 2008 8:00a.m. – 3:30p.m. Dr. Del Tackett, author of The Truth Project Curriculum, will teach on:
- Understanding and living the Christian worldview in daily life
- Knowing the nature and character of God
- Recognizing God’s design for all of life: work, science, family, government, art, ethics and more
- Learning how to thrive in a hostile culture
- Marrying our actions to our core beliefs
- All participants will learn how to lead this life-changing DVD-based small group curriculum to impact their church and community
