SENIORS MINISTRY
Young at Heart: Randall Pardue / Designed for the 300+ members of Hillsboro who are 60 or older. It is a chance for members to grow spiritually and socially, while retaining an attitude for service. This is achieved through potluck dinners, guest speakers, service projects, and travel. The group also strives to get involved with the younger members of Hillsboro with its Sweetheart Banquet hosted by the Youth Group.
Shut-in/Nursing Home: AM Burton / Hillsboro has many members that are currently residing in local Assisted Living and Nursing Facilities. These brothers and sisters who have given their most active years to the Lord’s work are still vital parts of our family. This ministry visits with them, conducts and coordinates worship services at various facilities and maintains the Hillsboro’s Encouragement list.
