What will be renovated?
The following areas are currently planned for renovation:
Nursery & Preschool Spaces
The Nursery and Preschool areas will be revamped in the back hallway of the main floor to maintain accessibility, to increase security for infants and toddlers, and to improve traffic flow.
Adult Classroom Renovation
Once the new space is operational, our current fellowship room will be reconfigured to accommodate classes while still maintaining some flexible use. The flexibility will allow additional use for showers and teas and provide access to the existing courtyard for warmer weather use.
Current Office Hallway
The current office hallway will be modified to create a much larger, open foyer that will allow for better flow from our new structure and will also make it much easier for fellowship before and after our meeting times.
Additional Items
A new restroom compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act is planned for our foyer area. The new restroom will necessitate the relocation of our current sound room, which will be relocated to the back of the balcony.
